Commission is for personal use only. Illustration is not to be used for profit or commercial purposes unless discussed prior to payment with me.
As the artist, I have all rights to the work I produce. Therefore I have the right to add it on both social media and my portfolio if I choose to do so.
If you would like your commission to be private and not be shared publicly, please let me know beforehand.
If you post your commission anywhere, including editing them for use in graphics or avatars, you MUST include visible credit to me (@laylanightly).
Payment is required first.
You’ll have the option to pay 50% in the beginning and the rest after the commission is done or full payment prior to start.
